Overview
HH Series Hammers can easily be interchanged from skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, and compact excavators by removing two pins to change the mounting bracket. Use the universal, self-cleaning Quik-Tatch™ easy-attachment system to quickly swap attachments. Hammers are optimized to work with John Deere skid steer loaders (SSLs), compact track loaders (CTLs), and compact excavators (CEXs) but are also compatible with most competitive models.

Overview
Work more efficiently by using the best tool for the job. There are several specialized tool options to choose from. Bit options include:
-
Standard moil point suitable for breaking concrete or medium-hard, non-stratified rock.
-
Chisel point for most concrete flatwork, walls around rebar, or breaking into a precut line.
-
Spade, available in two sizes, for most concrete and all earthworks in soft, non-stratified rock.
-
Compacting plate for single-machine prep of dirt for concrete pads and fencing.
-
Pyramid point used to break hard, reinforced concrete as well as sediment.*

Hammer in use
Overview
Redesigned to increased efficiency, HH Series Hammers provide two to three times more blows per minute (BPM) than previous models. As one of the fastest hammers in the market; constant blow energy (same tool force no matter the flow), allows the hammers to be compatible on smaller skid steers/compact track loaders and compact excavators.
-
The hydraulic hammer has 30 percent less parts than the previous and competitive hammers. The hammer does not use tie rods to hold the hammer together, leading to less noise, and vibration.
-
Membrane type accumulator; no charging accumulator from factory due to different accumulator design; the accumulator charge kit is already in the John Deere parts system.
-
Exclusive tool retention for simple and quick tool removal an installation; the tool can be removed and installed with only a small screwdriver.
-
One piece lower and upper tool bushing and thrust ring (field replaceable with simple tools).
-
Down force is not required to fire the hammer, perfect for smaller skid steers and compact excavators.

Overview
Easily get into narrow spaces by utilizing the hammer’s compact design. The slim profile also increases the operator’s visibility to the surrounding area.
Hammer attachment
Overview
With only two moving parts and few seals, this modern modular design allows hammers to be easily serviced in the field with no special tools. Exclusive tool retention enables quick installation and removal using only one small screwdriver. For even more simplified maintenance, there are 30-percent fewer parts than competitive or previous models.
