Easy-to-use hydrostatic transmission (HST) increases productivity
The 2032R and 2038R Tractors are equipped with a two-range hydrostatic transmission (HST) incorporated in a die-cast aluminum transmission case. Fluid under pressure transmits engine power to the drive wheels via a closed-loop pump and motor arrangement. Infinite ground speeds allow the operator to match the speed of the tractor to the job.
- No clutching for fast and easy direction changes
- Twin Touch™ foot pedals for quick and easy forward/reverse operation
- Transmission oil cooler cools transmission oil for longer transmission life
Safety features of the HST transmission include:
- The tractor will only start with the range lever in neutral
- If the range lever is in gear when the key is turned to the start position, the instrument panel instructs the operator to shift to neutral
- The engine will shut off if the operator leaves the seat and the power take-off (PTO) is engaged
Twin Touch foot controls
Key John Deere advantages – John Deere’s Twin Touch foot controls offer several key advantages over competitive HST models tractors.
- Some competitive hydrostatic tractors use a treadle pedal (toe-heel) design foot control for operation of the HST
- Requires the operator to use both toe and heel to change direction, resulting in increased operator fatigue
- The Twin Touch configuration also makes it easier to inch the tractor forward or rearward (i.e., when attaching to implements)
Integrated hydrostatic pump and motor
- Sauer-Danfoss® manufacturer provides the integrated pump and motor; this assures that the components are matched to each other, providing maximum efficiency
- Provides strength and durability needed for operating such attachments as loaders and backhoes
- One reservoir (with one check-point and fill point) for the transmission, differential, and hydraulic system speeds up daily maintenance
- Mechanically actuated by Twin Touch foot pedals allow the operator to select both directions of travel and speed with the touch of a toe
Cruise control
An electronic cruise control is standard equipment on the 2032R and 2038R Tractors. Cruise control is electronically engaged and disengaged using a toggle switch located on the right-hand console.
- Maintains desired forward speed without having to touch the forward pedal
- To disengage the cruise control, either apply pressure to the brake pedal or disengage the cruise control switch

The engine uses the latest technologies to optimize fuel economy, improve control and accuracy, and reduce environmental impact.
The common rail system (CRS) optimizes fuel economy and reduces operating costs. High-pressure injection atomizes fuel into finer particles which burn more completely. It results in improved fuel economy and a lower cost of operation.
The electronic control unit (ECU) provides optimum fuel control and accuracy. ECU monitors and controls the engine. It continuously monitors engine conditions and adjusts the fuel delivery accordingly to ensure optimum performance and emissions.
The engine comes with an aftertreatment system. The system operates automatically. The exhaust filter consists of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) which captures particulate matter (PM) contained in the exhaust gas. Using a natural cleaning process, most of the PM trapped in the exhaust filter is eliminated by the heat of the exhaust stream generated by normal use. In situations of low temperature, engine speed or load factor, an active cleaning cycle is initiated. In this cleaning cycle, the exhaust gas temperature is raised by injecting additional fuel during the exhaust stroke of normal vehicle operation to the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC).
After many hours of use, the exhaust filter may require an ash removal service.
Parked filter cleaning
In some instances where passive and active filter cleaning have not fully cleaned the particulate matter from the system, a parked filter cleaning may need to take place. Most likely, the only time a parked filter cleaning will need to occur is when automatic filter cleaning has been disabled for an extended period of time and multiple warnings to engage filter cleaning were ignored or if the tractor has been used during light load conditions. Additionally, when the automatic filter cleaning process has been deliberately interrupted multiple times, or if active filter cleaning has failed numerous times due to a failed component, a parked filter cleaning may be requested. In these rare instances the operator will have to park the tractor and start the filter cleaning process.
The parked filter cleaning process needs to be activated based on usage and operation of the tractor. The process will take approximately 30 minutes. See operator’s manual for more details.
The emissions system on this engine constantly monitors the soot level of the tractor, making sure the tractor is always in peak performance condition. This ensures high performance at all times.
NOTE: Number of hours since last regeneration and soot level percentage viewable on LCD display.

DOC/DPF
Depending on the load that the tractor is under, as well as ambient temperature, humidity, and engine speed, the DPF may build up with particulate matter, thus requiring cleaning. Filter cleaning is determined by one of three conditions:
- A prescribed time-based estimation of needed filter cleaning
- DOC/DPF pressure sensors
- A particulate matter buildup estimation based on load conditions
Once one of the three conditions have been met, filter cleaning will occur. There are three different types of filter cleaning processes:
- Passive filter cleaning
- Active filter cleaning
- Parked filter cleaning
Passive filter cleaning
Passive filter cleaning occurs naturally when the engine is generating enough heat to oxidize particulate matter. This automatic process occurs continuously during normal operating conditions. No tractor icons or symbols appear on the display during passive filter cleaning.
NOTE: Passive filter cleaning requires no operator involvement, and there is no interruption to tractor operation.
Active filter cleaning
If conditions (temperature, load, or speed) for passive filter cleaning cannot be achieved, then particulate matter is removed using active filter cleaner.
To achieve the required conditions, exhaust temperature management (ETM) manages the initiation and duration of active filter cleaning. ETM can adjust numerous engine parameters and/or inject a small quantity of fuel into the exhaust stream for a short duration. The fuel turns to vapor and chemically reacts with the catalysts in the DOC to create heat to oxidize particulate matter.
It is important to note that at no time is fuel in the DOC/DPF ignited, and there is no interruption to tractor operation.
Like passive filter cleaning, active filter cleaning requires no operator involvement, and there is no interruption to tractor operation.

CommandCut™ controls allows quick and accurate height of cut adjustments
The 2032R and 2038R tractors features the CommandCut™ mower deck lift system, which allows quick and accurate adjustments of the mower deck with the turn of a dial and the bump of a lever. Control callouts make operation simple and repeatable. The height of cut setting dial and raise/lower lever are conveniently located on the right-hand console and easily accessible by the operator. Some of the key benefits of this system are:
- Installing CommandCut™ only requires a simple calibration after installation. It is a true “plug-and-play” system as no controller programming is required.
- Inhibits PTO operation when mower deck is in the install position to prevent PTO driveling and mower deck blade damage
- Eliminates the need for hydraulic power and components, thus dedicating all hydraulic capacity to other implements or tract functions
- Fewer hydraulic components means fewer hydraulic leaks, especially when working on sensitive turf
- Precise height of cut with no drift or leakdown
- System can be calibrated to different tire sizes to maintain precision
- Minimum effort required to set height of cut and to raise/lower the mower deck which reduces operator fatigue
- Easy to read graphical interface on the instrument panel allows operator to glance at the desired height of cut while staying focused on mowing
- Built in transport lock can be activated from the seat by turning the height of cut dial to position 6 and raising the deck to the highest position
-
Operator station is comfortable and convenient
The operator station has been designed to allow for greater operator comfort and increased visibility. The ergonomic layout and convenient color coded controls allow for easy identification and operation. Optional iMatch™ Quick-Hitch feature allows for easy implement hookup
One of the greatest operator concerns involves difficulty in attaching tractor implements. John Deere has addressed this issue with the iMatch Quick-Hitch.
The iMatch Quick-Hitch provides easy hookup and a guaranteed fit for all Category 1 implements that are designed to meet the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers (ASABE) Category 1 Standard S278.6 for quick-attach hitches.
- All implements require a set of bushings in order for the attachment to fit and work properly with the iMatch Quick-Hitch. One set of bushings comes with the iMatch Quick-Hitch.
NOTE: The bushing set can be seen in the picture above. These bushings allow the hooks on the iMatch and the pins on the implement to fit together properly. All other implements (box blades, tillers, rear blades, etc.) will require a set of bushings to enlarge the pin to fit with the iMatch hooks. Bushings of different lengths can be found in the parts system or through a bushing supplier (see dimensions below).
- Upper bushing
- Inside diameter: 1.93-1.95 cm (0.76-0.77 in.)

The tractor worth waiting for
I purchased the 2032R in June of 2017, newest version. Previously had a 2025 that was 4 years old and just thought this new one would be a little more capable and boy is it. In addition, the seat is significantly more comfortable, new dash and control layout much nicer and I really like the new loader control much better. I added the convenient hydraulic fast block, now I don't even leave the seat to remove and attach the loader. Got the 62" mid mount mower and front end loader at the time of purchase and couldn't be happier. Also had the optional work light kit installed and rear tires loaded. Also like the fuel filling is now on the rear fender instead of up by the hood.

Bucket problems
The bucket on my 2032r does not hold it’s tilt back or its position. If I leave the tractor with the bucket raised it will be on the ground in 15 minutes. If I load the bucket with wood to be moved bucket slowly drops while moving the load.I took it to my dealer and he told me it was within normal tolerances. Very disappointed in this John Deere tractor.

So far a great machine !
I had a 2025 R model purchased in 2015. It just did not feel correct. This tractor, a newly redesigned model was a great improvement over the 2025R. After 3 and 1/2 years of use, it has proven to be a very good tractor!

Finish quality is very poor - disappointment and dealer support in this issue made me feel robbed
This is my third JD compact tractor and the worse quality unit I have had... wish I would have shopped a different color. The first day the seat pins come out and the seat would not stay in place. The controls and stickers were faded and not even installed to a high quality. The dealer had to come get the tractor, change out the seat because of sun fade, replace several stickers and control switches because of sun fade - The bolt came out of the buckets hydraulic quick disconnect after a short use, the deal sent me the whole unit for me to replace (all within the first couple of months. This tractor sits inside a heated barn - the ROP is rusting, the three point hitch adjustment won’t turn and is rusting - and i was told - the third party suppliers haven’t been doing a very high quality job lately.

Great tractor- 1 small improvement needed
Wish I had this tractor a long time ago; the amount of time savings its given me getting things done is amazing. I live on an acreage so have a lot of mowing to do in addition to utilizing the implements (snow blower, loader, backhoe)- so the one gripe I have that PLEASE JD IF YOU'RE LISTENING- COME OUT WITH DYNAMIC MULCH CONTROL ON THE 7 IRON MOWING DECKS that ship with the 1-3 series tractors. It was awesome to switch back & forth between discharge and mulching on my old x500 series AccelDeep Deck and ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS is this feature:) I'm' not saying this should hold buyers back from the purchase, I just hope JD sees this and comes out with an on the fly (without uninstalling) mulch kit for the 60D deck so I can switch back and forth as I'm mowing. great tractor, highly recommend!

good machine,, but
I have had a 650 with extratrak tires that i bought new over 30 years ago. always able to get it out of the mud and difficult areas. 4 wheel drive and able to lock both back tires when it go bad. the 2032 is not like that. going up a gentle slope in the snow, in "4 wheel drive" i had one front wheel turning and one back wheel turning. have been very nearly stuck multiple times. with out being able to have positive traction which i asked for and was told it had when i bought the tractor. It is a good tractor so far, just don't use it in the mud, snow, soft ground. or on a hill.

EXCELLENT overall utility tractor with excellent features and options
I spent months researching and looking at tractors around 32 HP before deciding to purchase a new 2032R John Deere. I seriously contemplated buying used but really wanted the new features on the 2-series that were incorporated in the 2017 model year. Used ones for sale were difficult to find and were practically new price after calculating in shipping costs, proving these John Deere's truly hold their value better than the competition. As for holding out for the new 2-series, it was worth the wait for me. While used pre-2017 models could be had for a small savings over the newer model, I am extremely happy with my 2019 and glad I spent a little extra money for the newer features on a tractor I intend to keep for many years to come. This tractor is very stable with the increased size and weight. The quick hitch makes switching between 3-point attachments extremely quick and easy. The quick disconnect 60D mower deck and 220R loader really do connect/disconnect in just a couple minutes with virtually no labor involved. I've also been very happy with the Frontier 1157 tiller. I am approaching 70 hours on my tractor, most of which have been loader and tiller work, and I've never lacked power to this point. I use the E-throttle feature all the time with loader work and love it. I find the loader hydraulics work well, even at very low engine speeds, which is much better than the competition. Routine maintenance is also easy on this tractor. The separate forward and reverse pedals are IMO much more comfortable than the competitors "treadle peddle". Another great design with the newer 2-series JD is layout: the operator can easily get on/off the tractor from either side, unlike older model JD's or the competitor's tractors. Overall this is an excellent utility tractor in this class size and is very user friendly. Is the slightly higher cost of a JD worth it over the competition? In my opinion - YES! 100% satisfied - this thing is a workhorse!

JD2032r
I bought this tractor in 2014 and now have over 1400 hours of operation on it. It is a high quality product, remarkable engine and hydraulics, and very powerful for its size. I mow about 7 acres a week with a 6 foot finishing mower. I also have a belly mower but opted out for a 3-pt hitch finish mower last year because of the terrain I mow. Both mowers worked great, but I prefer the 3-pt hitch mower for ease of removal and hookup since I also use the tractor for garden work. It handles a 5 ft tiller with ease, and all other rear implements as well. I recommend it highly and my next purchase will be another John Deere, . . . perhaps one with an air conditioned cab.

Very good tractor - just a few minor gripes
I've had this tractor for over a year and it's handled most things very well. It's powerful, and it seems to be designed well. I use it for mowing, general landscaping, and plowing snow. Here are a few things I would change: 1. It needs a suspension seat (same as the 1025R would be great)!! 2. It would be nice to have a mid-range gear - like Kubota has for situations in between low and high range. 3. Move the hydraulic FEL connections to in front of the foot area, pointing up slightly 4. Offer a cab option like the 3 series. 5. Offer a third hyd. option on the FEL controls - like the 3 series.

Dynamite 2032R!
After a great deal of shopping around, I just took delivery of this little beast! Traded in my X758 for the 2032R. Wow-what a difference! We own a home on 35 acres, four of which I mow. We also have a very challenging 2,000 foot gravel driveway to maintain during winter months. Along with the tractor, I purchased the 62" mid-mower, loader and 53" bucket, ballast box, aftermarket pallet forks, 60" landscape rake & 60" front snow blade, and I kept the JD 54" front snow blower that I used on the X758. The power generated by this little Yanmar is impressive! Although I have yet to mow or move snow with this rig, we've done some 3 point and loader work. I barely even know that a 250lb landscape rake is on the back, even in use. The 53" bucket is perfect for digging and maneurvering in close quarters. The i-match system is an absolute must, and I'm so glad I included it with the package. Due to some sloping on the property, I swapped the rear tires around to their widest position and gained another 3" of width for added stability. I've loaded down the ballast box with cinder blocks and eight 42lb suitcase weights hanging along the sides. My only complaint is the RIO safety feature. Man, what a pain! I understand it's for safety-sake, but there has to be a better way. That said, I love this tractor. The overall build quality is stellar and everything fits and comes together as one would expect from John Deere. Borrowing the bank's money for FREE for 60 months felt pretty ok also.

Many task made easy
The challenge was to get a tractor large enough to be able to mow a field and small enough to mow the lawn. Chose this one because it could do so many tasks. Along with the tractor, bought a 60" rotary cutter, a 60" belly finish mower, a 60" bucket and front end loader, a 54" rototiller, a 54" snow blower, and a 54" front end hydraulic snow blade. All the equipment is John Deere except the field mower is Frontier. The appeal was to be able to interchange the equipment as needed without exerting a lot of time and energy. There was a lot of snow to clear this year and the equipment worked great. The garden was next and was easily tilled. Now the mowing is happening and again the equipment performs as desired. There are no complaints. And when it comes time for service, the dealer has been great to work with, so there should be no problem getting good service.

Very disappointed
First let me start off by saying.. My nearly 2 year old son's room is Green, he is getting a green electric tractor for his bday. Green was the only choice when I looked at tractors . I currently have 160 hours on machine and it is at the dealer for the 4th time. Bearing and seal for pto, hydraulic pump, some sort of valve... and now who knows.. I loathe it to the point I won't buy attachments for it because it makes me ill running the FEL with all the hydraulic noises it makes that it shouldn't. I've been able to steer other people away from this unit please do ur self a favor and stay away. I'm not saying John deere is bad, heck I even offered to trade it in and buy up but apparently it depreciated astronomically in 2 years.. I think around 40%. (I have babied this thing the only nights it has spent outside was in the dealership parking lot always washed greased, and properly operated) I Don't buy this tractor buy something else. I'm a forestry equipment operator of 15 years. I've ran 30 year old pieces of equipment, and equipment with the plastic still on the seats.

Great tractor, Worthless poorly designed loader.
I "upgraded" from a 2001 4110 FEL and 60" belly mower. It was a lighter tractor and mowed exceptionally well designed loader. I purchased the re-designed 2018 2032R with an FEL and 60" mower. The features on this tractor with the AutoConnect mower deck are light years beyond the competition and have gotten even better in 2022 with the self leveling loader and newly available 3rd function. As the non-self leveling loader is absolute rubbish in design and function, I'd highly recommend the self leveling model just because there is no way it could be worse than the 220R! The loader cylinder geometry renders bucket control to a rattling clunky affair that you cannot keep level to the ground you are working. My loader lacks the lift capacity of the old 4110. Get the fast coupler option for the loader as well. The 4 separate Pioneer connectors are poorly mounted, hard to couple, and undersized. The tractor could certainly benefit from more hydraulic gpm's. The front axle is a carryover from the miserable performing 4200 from the 90's. It won't turn as tight as a 3R series and will scuff on all but the driest of lawns. I wish the deck lift were hydraulic instead of hydraulic. The electric affair has already died on me once (warranty thank God).If they would update the 3R series with the available options on the 2R that would be a better option. You cannot believe how easy to use and pleasant this tractor is! The loader is just worthless.

Good, but could use some refinements
I have had this tractor for a week now, and have used it daily. This was a replacement unit for my Kubota B2650. The performance seems great. A few little things I don't care for include the placement of the key, and the lack of room around the differential lock. The lock, the 4wd selector, and the parking brake are close together, and there is insufficient room when wearing snow boots. I can live with these things, and the hydrostatic transmission is much quieter than the Kubota.

Excellent design and confront his number one
Excellent design and confront his number one . I’ve owned a 1025R, I purchased a 2032R in 2016 it was OK just very uncomfortable. So I traded that in for a 2032 R My 17 it has comfort design and is so much more that I could ever hope for and a tractor I highly recommend the 2032 my 17 you won’t be disappointed!

very DISAPPOINTED with loader -- Everything else I like
As another user reported, the bucket on my 2017 2032R (loader 220R) does not hold it’s tilt back or its position!! If I load the bucket it starts to flop back and forth while driving the tractor causing the load to shift and spill. It will not hold in position. I have to constantly keep rolling it back. Even holding the control engaged, it will still flop. When empty it will do the same, just takes longer (1-2 min) and then bangs back and forth while driving. I took it to the dealer and was told it was within normal tolerances. Very disappointed in this John Deere tractor/loader. What a poor crappy design. My Orange tractor did not do this. There are some aspects I really liked on this over my old Orange tractor, so I bought a new Green one, but this bucket issue driving me back to Orange. If JD would acknowledge this design flaw and correct it, they would have a 5 star unit.

broke after 60 hours :(
I've owned this tractor new for 4 years and it has always been kept in a nice clean shop. It has 60 hours and have already had to replace the instrument panel due to the PTO kicking out after being on for 20 seconds, I've always been a big JD fan. I believe after this I'll probably be looking at other brands.

60' DECK
I would like to see a cab for this tractor. Air seat would be nice for this tractor. But been having problem with my drive over deck. Gauge is set in one place like 3 1/2 " and then while cutting it will drop to lower number. Do not know why it does that. Any one else have that problem?

Great purchase
We decided on the 2032r,mower,loader,rear blade so far we love it ,I recommend that the rear lamps be moved to the inside of the rops,to prevent damage, which is easily done.

high quality product
This tractor was obtained for snow removal on a 17% grade blacktop driveway with an S-curve banked the wrong way (winter traction is difficult). This 2032R tractor with front-mounted John Deere snow blower handles it well. An after-market Tektite heated cab keeps the operator warm despite weather outside and it fits into standard 7' overhead garage doors.

Tractor works bigger than it is.
I purchased a 2032R with FEL, 62D mower,72" York Rake, Ballast Box and Quick hitch. This little tractor is mighty, had 650' driveway paved and had to fill in along sides, five triax loads so far and this tractor made short work of the the big piles of top soil. Can't imagine doing with wheel barrow and shovel. Have completed several projects with this tractor and its always up to the task. Tractor is small enough to navigate in woods if you lower ROPS, have cleared woods and brush to make yard bigger and look better. Have patio job to do next, if you buy this tractor just do projects that make wife happy and she will not complain about spending the money on a tractor. Worked great on the blizzard of 2016, pushes 32" of snow like air.

Extremely capable tractor suitable for serious use
After a lot of research and talking to individuals with small acreages to contractors that use small tractors for landscaping work, I purchased a 2020 JD 2032R. Every guy that makes a living with small tractors recommended buying a John Deere if I could afford it. When I got a price for a comparable Kubota (not a stripped down Kubota), the JD 2032R was $50 more than the lowest JD dealer. JD dealers do vary a lot in price so shop around. The layout of the controls and the features built into the JD reflect a lot of refinement over older JD tractors and everything else on market. The FEL and mower detachment/attachment are amazingly well designed features. I immediate put my tractor into heavy use and over loaded the 220 FEL moving pallets of bricks. The 2032 repeatedly picked up in excess of its rated capacity and my contractor told me his orange tractor is lucky to lift 80% of its rating. The rest of the experience with the unit has been the same. Performing better than I expected. Mowing with the electric 60" deck is a premium experience and the tractor did not even notice running a 60" tiller through sod. Of special note, the emission regen system works perfectly and this is not a small matter. Many tractors with orange paint are failing to regenerate and spending a lot of time at the dealership rather than working for the owner. With the Deere, you just use it and the harder you work it, the better. The tractor takes care of the rest. The only real negative is this tractor is heavy and it leaves prints in my house yard after a good rain. I did buy a small rider for around the house to keep my wife happy. For mowing large areas, the 2032R is excellent. One caution is do not let your wife use it. My wife thinks its her tractor now.

2018 2032R
I purchased this tractor last July and can't believe I lived without one this long! I added the heavy duty bucket and I highly recommend this upgrade, it has come in handy being able to lift items with chains with the bucket. I also opted for the backhoe attachment, it has plenty of power for digging, I used it to cut drainage ditches across my road which is hard shale and it had no problem digging. other attachments I have or a box blade and a large spreader that saved my back sanding the driveway this past winter, although they are not JD attachments they worked great even though they're not JD Green in color. Overall I love this tractor and very pleased with it's performance and fuel economy as well. If you're debating between the 1 series and the 2 series, spend the extra money on the 2 series you won't regret it.

Great tractor
Bought with mowing deck, FEL, 54" blade, and ballast box. 1. Build quality & fit/finish are great. 2. Lots of power. 3. Great stability 4. Great leg room. If you're tall, this is a great choice. 5. 2 design flaws depending on your use a. the 4WD selection lever is on the deck close to the differential lock. Easy to hit the 4WD lever when going for the lock. This can be a significant problem on a hill. b. Brakes are great on level ground, but inadequate on a steep incline. Depends on your terrain.

John DEERE 2032R all round is great
New to using tractors I Like this one cause of the ergonomics paid all cash for it and all attachments. 33k I believe. Human error on using imatch and bushings I didn’t need. Just great all round Just need a grapple. I went with John Deere attachments cause I just wanted to make sure it fits. They are a bit over priced but John Deere service is the greatest. On explanation and repairing etc. It took them forever to get some of my attachments during lock down of 2020 coronavirus. But got them all. Still learning all the ins and out but I love it. I match was a bit tricky but I think I had wrong bushings

Tough little machine!
My 2032r was delivered early Jan 2014 and I immediately used it to plow snow. I bought a H130 FEL, 62C drive over mower deck and Frontier AF11 front blade, 2060 box scraper, and RC2072 rotary mower. I find the 6" front blade to be far superior to the smaller 54" blade, plus it is quick attach to the loader arms. I plow a 500"+ drive and have found this tractor so easy and capable (hydro transmission is SWEET!) that I now plow part of the street and neighbors, etc. 12" of wet Iowa snow curls right off the blade in high gear even. Great stuff. No problem starting the the cold either. the little Yanmar rattles and rolls like diesels do when cold, but gets moving quickly and the hydraulics warm fast also. I have both the trans and engine heaters installed as well and they make a cold start the same as summer. All attachments I bought have been used many times for moving heavy clay (box blade and loader), mowing virgin 3-4' field grasses (RC2072) and moving my 3-4 acres of 'lawn grass' (62C). Each attaches easily and are solidly built. You will pay a bit more, but just take a look at the weld quality, metal dimensions and overall weight vs. 3rd party suppliers. I can't compare with Kubota or Mahindra, etc, cause I don't own them. but this machine works hard and comfortably. I recommend you consider an aftermarket hydraulic top and tilt kit for the 3 point hitch as you will see MUCH improved results with implements. It's a shame Deere doesn't offer that as a factory option. I don't know what machine would be as friendly to a homeowner, contractor or even large landowner when you have to make it into horse stalls, mow the lawn, move telephone poles, level fields, dig ponds (all of which I have done or am doing...) etc. Man - I really want a back hoe, but have to save up for that. I'm not in want of more power, only more weight. And I can add that! Great machine IMHO. Great dealer also! PK Midwest. Remember - "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"

2032R "R" stands for it ROCKS
Purchased the 2032R a little over a year ago. I added the loader, 59" front mount snow blower and Curtis cab with heat. I also added the 3rd SCV as I bought a 60" grapple. Lighting was insufficient for blowing snow so I added a 30" led bar light on the roof of cab and 2-4" led lights on the rear. The tractor is awesome! So far, there is no chore that this tractor struggled. Starts every time. All switches, hydraulics, etc. all work as they are intended. You would not believe the logs I pick up with the grapple! I found out quickly that rear ballast was needed! Great quality and great tractor. Can't say the same for the dealership in Edinboro, PA.

This tractor is well engineered
Changing implements is very easy. I can remove the loader and install the mower in less than 5 minutes. The only words of caution is not to get diesel fuel on the plastic fenders. It will take the gloss off of the plastic. I now cover around the fuel tank with a towel to catch any drips that may occur. Everything else about this tractor is amazing! The drive over mower took a little practice but now it easy. Cutting the grass with a 72" mower is really fast. The imatch system makes it easy to switch from one implement to another. I would also recommend the quick disconnect for the hydraulic lines for the loader. I can remove the loader without even getting off the tractor.

Great Tractor..a couple of issues
This tractor and the 2520 I traded in are rough riding tractors. My pasture is typical, with rough places and unevenness. After mowing for 2.5-3 hours.....I feel beat up. Both tractors are equipped with the R-4 tires, so those with turf tires would likely ride smoother. The other issue is some of the mower attaching hardware (pins/washers/etc) is of poor quality. Replace with heavier duty stuff from Ace or Lowes. Other then these two things, I really like the tractor and would recommend to anyone. Would buy another as well.

Love it
I own a turf management business and use this tractor to pull a 72in APS seeder and it handles it very well. A lot of power on a nice size frame for lawn work. I have had it for over a year now and I have no complaints what so ever. John Deere did a great job on this model series.
