Technician Training Programs
We are always growing our teams of technicians, and have many different types of technician roles, including agriculture equipment technicians, turf equipment mechanics, field technicians, and entry level technicians—to name a few.

Part of the reason we have talent with such incredible skills is due to our Technician Training Programs. If you’re a student looking to start a career as an entry-level technician, we can get your foot in the door with on-the-job training. Papé Machinery Agriculture & Turf offers in-depth, hands-on training that prepares graduates for a successful and lucrative career as a service technician. We reimburse for tools and cooperative work experience, and offer students invaluable on-the-job training. Once the program is complete, graduates are often offered a technician position with us.
