The Event
Gathering over 150 customers and employees, Papé Machinery brought together industry professionals and a John Deere representative to give an inside look into the technology advancements our equipment offers. Attendees learned about the John Deere Operations Center, finding all their farm data in one place. From tracking equipment productivity, analyzing their yield, and sending guidance lines and prescriptions, the Operation Center serves customers like never before. Our team shared Gen 5 Displays as their large upgrades are tackling larger screens for easier visibility in the cab and quicker boot times.
In addition, the S and X Series Combines were the star of the show for customers in this region. Equipt with Harvest Technologies, new hydraulically-suspended concaves, and the John Deere Operations Center, farmers have full control at their fingertips, from the cab. With the addition of the John Deere Rice Package, on select models, it contains tougher coatings and stainless-steel parts that better withstand the abrasiveness of hybrid rice varieties when compared to previous models. With more harvesting capacity, using less fuel, farmers are more efficient during the season.
Finishing the day with Farmers Brewery refreshments and delicious tacos from Azteca Taqueria, attendees socialized, making new connections and lasting memories. Walking away with new notebooks with memos from the presentations, a variety of Papé hats, and other expo souvenirs, customers did not walk away empty handed. To top off the festivities, Sy Honis walked away with a brand new John Deere XUV835R Utility Gator, a part of Papé Machinery’s giveaway raffles!
